Using the Favorites List

You can use your Favorites list to maintain a list of frequently used sites, newsgroups, and files.

To add the current page to your Favorites list

• Click the Favorites menu or toolbar button, and then click Add To Favorites.
  

To open an entry in the Favorites list

• Click the Favorites menu or toolbar button, and then click the Favorite you want to open.

To delete an entry from the Favorites list

1. Click the Favorites menu or toolbar button, and then click Organize Favorites.
   
2. Select the entry you want to delete, and then click Remove Item.
   

To edit an entry in the Favorites list

1. Click the Favorites menu or toolbar button, and then click Organize Favorites.
   
2. Select the entry you want to edit, and then click Edit.
   You can change the title or address (URL) of a favorite item.

To export your Favorites list

1. Click the Favorites menu or toolbar button, and then click Organize Favorites.
   
2. Click Export.
   
3. Type or select a name for the Favorites file.
   
4. Click OK.
   Microsoft Internet Explorer creates an .htm file with hyperlinks to all of your favorite pages.
